But I have found out that the shell case is French.
Even more odd the Glengarry badge would be pre 1881..

Looking at rebuild options now. It's such a great capacity and mechanically in great nick, that I kinda want to give it to someone and throw money at them until it comes back and cuts like new.

It's a suicide , applying tiles at 2 o' clock of the morning .I have just finished sticking 11 more tiles down.
