That is a good collection of tea strainers
I don't think we've used any of those for tea though. I hardly ever drink tea (coffee person) and my fiance who does has these small ball strainers, either with a spring that open up, or that hangs from a small chain.
Also that cutting board in the background is pine, it was made in the 90s and belonged to my grandmother. So end grain pine cutting boards work and last a long time, don't need to use hardwoods.
