Multitool off the whole cill flush with the frame. Die grinder to remove all the rot from underneath. Resin up the rot with repaircare dryflex then glue/screw new cill in place and resin the joint to prevent future ingress"Can you just fill that sill while you're here..."

Not with all the Ronseal in Kansas!
Need to figure out if I can replace the sill without replacing the whole frame, I'll go back tomorrow with a die grinder and some wood chomping bits.

They do a single tube version. Mixes on exit iirc.Very impressive, don't think I can stretch for dryflex though, looks like it needs a special skeleton gun too?

Bookshelf/display cabinet on the island was made from end panels and the frame system.

There one on eBay but silly monehI thought it would be there is plenty slop so it fits.
It's missing the taper but that's pretty easy to recreate, the leadscrew is different from standard lathe
