There's very little in the way of a bezel on my monitor, so it was quite a challenge to come up with something that's firmly attached. Got it right on the second attempt, which I think is pretty good all things considered. It doesn't block any of the usable screen area:

To be honest my plan was to machine a piece of aluminium to mimic the monitor and screw those in various places in the workshop.Brass soft jaws that go on some modified off-the-shelf soft jaws. See here:
