I emailed John (Soviet Sub) over the weekend and it's all still on for the 27th. He said that he can pick us up from the Rochester Pier (off the Esplanade, under the castle walls) at 1pm.

For 20 quid I and Dan / we will shove anyone in the torpedo chute and fire them out , we are Northern Vikings (Mancunians) and not noted for being fussy chuting ppl

Edit : back in the bad old days (late 90 till 2005/10) it's nickname of Gunchester was true , I've first hand experience as a truck driver !!!! ,so I say i. Jest with a Definate hint of been there .

I've had a reply from John (Sovietsub) and he has suggested Sunday 27th Jan for the group visit. Obviously the weather may have other ideas but hopefully this works for most.
I know there were a few guys looking to come down from Manchester so send me a PM and I might be able to sort out somewhere to stay on the Saturday night

Not good news I’m afraid Guys. Looks like we’ll have to postpone this weekend’s trip:

Hello Andy, unfortunately due to family issue this weekend is now not possible for me as I have to go to Cambridge for 1pm Sunday

If you guys are available for a rearranged date I can do Sunday 10th,17th, or 24th Feb or pretty much any Sunday in March.

Apologies for the late notice I had hoped to find a way around the issue but it's not been possible
