The bottom pulley moves a little but doesnt turn and the spring tensioner doesn't seem to do anything, so Ive taken off the belt, and given it a try. The clutch is still a bit rubbish, I suspect the plates are stuck together (I havent found a manual yet so dont even know what sort of clutch is in there..) but the middle cylinder is free so I cut the big lawn with it and it does a fair job. be good to get all three back on and working, but I think a seat will be the next order of business..
I've now got the mower apart and all the seized bits are soaking to see how ruined they are. I suspect 'Very' The pulley is toast, and splined, OEM spares are like unicorn droppings so what does the panel think about welding a new rim onto this centre? I still have no TIG so have no idea if thats a daft idea or not.
I think I have found a volunteer to TIG a new rim on it, but was thinking about that, but its a bit cramped in the casing. I have a stash of spare pulleys I could butcher but they are in the frozen North. Luckily, so is the volunteer.

Rotary mower tested, and found to work exactly as you would expect 10hp and a 28" cut to work. Ive battered the side back in where its supposed to be now. Its been cutting out at times, so I had the fuel tap off again and cleaned it out. I will need to clean the tank out properly at some point. Ive signed up for a Swedish forum in the hopes of getting some guidance on sorting the clutch out rather than just pulling it apart. Just need to learn Swedish now.

Mower. It has three attachments, all various types of mower.
The cylinder mowers each have three rollers on the front to set the height of the cut. They were all seized, I have got a couple moving but the bearings are not in the first flush of youth. Some of them the bearings are seized solid, some are seized but have picked up and turn on the shaft. Just to make life complicated, the rollers look like Bakelite, So cant use violence or heat to dismantle.
