The client I worked for in Scotland this week commented that I had the tidiest van set up he had ever seen

IN PAIN! I had 7 teeth out on Thursday, Haven't eaten properly since I had it done. Feel absolutely rotten. Co-Codamil and Ibroprufin Just living from one dose till the next.

Zapain works wonders, but then so does liquid morphine. My mum doesn’t pay for prescriptions so I get pain relief on tap!!

I try and put everything back in its place at the end of the day but thing still creep. Especially when it's been a long day.

it’s good to keep it that way, it looks professional and if you turn up with a tidy van then you can justify (on the customers time) spending 15 minutes at the end of the job cleaning your gear and putting it away properly

I worked out of a Merc 307 as a mobile mechanic for years and I tried to keep that neat and tidy as it was so hard to find stuff when it was in a mess.

I used to find that the tidy up after a job was a really good way to wind down at the end of the day. Quite therapeutic actually!

I find it relaxing too, my missus finds it irritating cos I do it with the garage every so often aswell. Everything gets dragged onto the drive way and out back nice and neat. I almost always have a load to go to the recycling centre!!

I have to work hard at keeping things tidy, one of the best things I have is a SWAH box - that's for err "Stuff" - Without - A - Home, so anything that does not have a place to be put goes in it instead of just "around somewhere". Then when you notice that you accumulate some of the same things in the SWAH box you can make a proper home for them.
