Hunting through some boxes for Midi leads this afternoon.
I'd forgotten all about these .
Not sure what to do with them. Never likely to use them again.
Also found my copy of avid studio and a green screen.
Might have to make a harry potter invisibility cloak video with my eldest
Well if your gonna bin em take good aim and throw them this way lol.I've got loads of minidiscs and at least two players (a portable one and a hifi one). I know I should throw them out, but I wouldn't be me if I did!
Sure if I go through these disks il find some early tunes I made late 90s. Also probably a load of random snippets of tunes for samplingThe Mini Disk never really gained it potential in the domestic market, it was big in commercial use on stage and within radio broadcast.
I have a high-end domestic sony and Tascsm rack mount that both take a full-size keyboard for track titling.
Both of those fired up a year or so ago no bother. My minidisks still work the same cant be said for a very expensive iPod, never going to purchase another Apple product again.
Aye. They never did get track titling on CD. Why I don't know. Should have been possible. (,Mp3 evolution non withstanding.)

From memory once it powers up it won't respond, I tried the reboot thing where you hold down the pause button while balanced on one leg while simultaneously pushing whatever it was. What's wrong with it? They are quite easy to repair, plenty of instructional videos out there. Failing that, send it to me
The original iPod the big ones were greatYou can get replacement HDDs or, even better, an adaptor that uses SD cards. I did the latter to mine recently, I'll see if I can find a link.
The DAC in the original iPod is supposed to be much better than the later ones, mine is one that looks like an iPhone 5, I can not remember what it is called but it sounds ok and integrates well to the car which is why I got it.The original iPod the big ones were great
Wiped the floor with every other mp3 player
The only failing was iTunes. Hateful software
iPod touch. Basically a iPhone with less features. The DAC in the original iPod is supposed to be much better than the later ones, mine is one that looks like an iPhone 5, I can not remember what it is called but it sounds ok and integrates well to the car which is why I got it.
I thought that the HDDs for the original iPod were no longer available, something to do with only ever one manufacturer (Toshiba?) who gave up making them when Apple moved to making SSD iPods.
That's right, £30 from CEX a year ago.iPod touch. Basically a iPhone with less features.
