Hi Doc, It's a BSA Airsporter RB2 carbine, I prefer the Rotary Breech versions as they're easier to load with my arthritic fingers!!

This is a BSA Superstar mk2k with the same loading method!

I swapped it and a Webley Hurricane for some knives, Turned out they were all clones, The git that I traded with said that one was a clone but didn't know which, He knew they all were but he's devoid of a moral compass, Hence, We're no longer mates!!

There's at least seven fakes among these (Spiderco and Hinderer), When they were outed by experts on facey, They said that just two of them would have cost around £1,200, I'd no idea and should have done my homework on them!, I knew the kid was a bit of a conman and always had to have the best end of the deal!!

An unexpected surprise when the FedEx man delivered this

Unexpected in that I only ordered it from the States last Friday.


And even more unexpected was he didn’t come demanding tax and import duties . Call that a score seeing the servos for the next project were over £500 !

Royal Mail just stung me £20 for the £40 parting off tool I ordered from Bangood.
£12 VAT and £8 handling charge.
After B R E X ~I T it looks like me might have to pay VAT on every single thing - they are talking of dropping the exemption to zero. That will be fun for us couriers - and people who buy cheap things from abroad

Best buy all the tools you can now...I reckon regardless of what happens tools are going to get more expensive.

I got a shock last week when my cheap dewalt drill broke after years of wire brush abusive...couldn't get anything under £120....so I checked what the original cost me....£64 in 2017!

I ordered a couple things from overseas last week and received a demand for £12.40 this week. Wondered what it was and just paid it. Pretty cheesed off to find it was for a small cable I had ordered and it was $25 Hong Kong so about £2.50 If I had known it was that I would have just ordered another and let it be sent back. Wondering what next week will bring as amongst the stuff is a pretty big order of tooling from the US.

The only way this country will compete is if they become more productive. Get rid of all the fat cats in upper management doing sweeet fanny Adams and make the workforce more productive .
