Didn't know it broke down like that, that's really interesting. All I knew was H07RN-f is rubber insulated and very nice to handle.

H=harmonized cenelec codes
07=up to 700V
R=natural rubber conductors insulation
N=neoprene cord
F=flexible stranded conductors

I love this one ,I prefer to use it for everything that has to be handled ,like extension cords, power cords or other mobile applications

not today but about 5 days ago i aquired this,

she is a CCM 450 Adventure and is great fun, the single cylinder BMW engine is plenty torquey enough for me, and i must admit it's great to be back on 2 wheels.

Not had the pleasure yet, but I had a look at their website while looking to book a meal for her and BIL. Couldn't find anywhere so ended up having a bottle of champagne and some other goodies sent up to her by courier, and yes it invoked the Yorkshire Warcry .

However, on the recommendations of my neighbour across the road and the rail guy in Dingwall today, here's the latest purchase:




One for BIL, one for my neighbour, and one for me . And having unloaded the better part of 100 ton of rail from 4 artic trucks today, I reckon I've earned some for my tea .

Lemon cucumbers I think they are called...at least that's what I call them.

They taste like cucumber...been an excellent year for tomatoes this year.

Got one of the Lidl flexible lights. Nowhere near as good as the clip one I got last year. Stainless housing /flex. Instructions say do not mount on metal surface!?
Problem no earth conductor and its really stretching the definition of double insulated.

I like the look of them, but they were bloody pricey when I looked. For the money they were asking Id have been looking at a ktm adventure instead

yes they were pretty spendy, i got mine from a mate who has just bought a KTM 690 enduro which is a very nice bike, the 450 was cheap enough for me to say yes and my Mrs to say I want a new kitchen lol.

Someone who might have to have a go at one. when I get 10 minutes and some technology that works.. Do a thread.

They are 1.5mm Stainless and I sparked the Tig up to have a bit of a practice run. It was as if I had totally forgotten how to weld!

Couple of inches of weld later it all came back and I was away again. No bloody goodbeing this busy, haven't touched the Tig in about eight weeks. No good at all.
