The short auger and spoon type bits seem to be desirable and sought after by bushcraft & wild camp enthusiasts nowadays.Found in the darkest corner of the garage of the house my mum and dad moved into a few years ago.

A full set from G. P. Preston of Sheffield. I have given a couple of them a go and they cut quite well.

Please bottle some of that magic and send it to me ...................This appears to have magicked its way into my car. Everyone at home will be most pleased, I’m sure

Keep an eye on eBay they do come up mislisted16mm Clarkson S type collet to complete my set as mine came with Metric 6mm, 10mm, 12mm. Imperial 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" and I have some 16mm mills. could not believe a new one was £90.87 list price, i even felt £19 for a second hand one was not cheap...

I actually need to buy some decent cutters now if you know of anywhere
I got some cutting fluid and a 14mm end mill to try out. Don't know the quality of Swiss Tech but at £7 not a lot to lose!

That makes sense as I got it from Zoro. I tried to find out who makes them but couldn't find any information.I may be wrong but I thought Swiss Tech were a Cromwell / Zoro own brand, IIRC that is where my single flute countersink bits came from which have been fine.
Just had a look Cromwell are currently showing over two thousand lines from SwissTech and if you look up Swiss Tech Tools you get http://www.swisstechtools.com/ looks like a load of expensive Christmas cracker tools so who knowsSwiss Tech aren’t anything to do with Cromwell/Zoro. That’s more Sherwood
AFAIK
Looking on practical machinist they seem to suggest SwissTech is just premium Chinese gear that Cromwell buy in,Just had a look Cromwell are currently showing over two thousand lines from SwissTech and if you look up Swiss Tech Tools you get http://www.swisstechtools.com/ looks like a load of expensive Christmas cracker tools so who knows
