Was going to get a Henry, just for a hoover for in the van for cleaning up at customer's houses after jobs. Local shop wanted £75 for a used one.

Found this in wickes for £48 and a 2 year guarantee. Seems decent and it has a wet function too which may come in useful. It came with wheels but didn't put them on to save it rolling around the back of the van.

A full set from G. P. Preston of Sheffield. I have given a couple of them a go and they cut quite well.

The short auger and spoon type bits seem to be desirable and sought after by bushcraft & wild camp enthusiasts nowadays.

16mm Clarkson S type collet to complete my set as mine came with Metric 6mm, 10mm, 12mm. Imperial 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" and I have some 16mm mills. could not believe a new one was £90.87 list price, i even felt £19 for a second hand one was not cheap...

I got my Swiss Tech threaded cutter from zoro, I haven't tried it for quality yet though!

I don't need another vice but this one has a quick release and my existing Sealy doesn't have that. And who never got need confused with want!

I got some cutting fluid and a 14mm end mill to try out. Don't know the quality of Swiss Tech but at £7 not a lot to lose!

I may be wrong but I thought Swiss Tech were a Cromwell / Zoro own brand, IIRC that is where my single flute countersink bits came from which have been fine.

Just had a look Cromwell are currently showing over two thousand lines from SwissTech and if you look up Swiss Tech Tools you get http://www.swisstechtools.com/ looks like a load of expensive Christmas cracker tools so who knows

Looking on practical machinist they seem to suggest SwissTech is just premium Chinese gear that Cromwell buy in,
