He was literally 10 feet from the small appliance bin at the tip.....
What's wrong with him?

Stick him in the truck then mate.

Yep and he's the 1200W version!And with the hose and brush!

So I cut off the plug and fitted a new one and he works!!!
Switches are all good and there's no stuttering when you wind his head around when running so I think it's a fix!
The weird thing is when I tested the plug after it seems to be fine
But I did find some greasy stuff on the fuse so maybe it was that.
