A dewalt 18v orbital sander and i saved a CB from going in a bin, not tested it yet but it had been kept indoors so fingers crossed not had a listen on 27megs for a long time.

Used it today and it was bang on its not a full time use tool just for when i am being lazy and don't want to get a 240v out.

More body kit parts. The front lip and side skirts for the forester, and the rear bumper bits which I have yet to glue on. Also the rare headlight trim is in place. It’s an investment in aerodynamics

Check the PLL IC in the rig; if it has the MC145106 you can furgle it to gain extra channels.
I cut my electronics teeth fannying about with CB, then ham, and ex-MOD/Police radio gear.
A few of us had CB rigs working half-duplex across 120 or 160 channels which used to confuse the 'muppets' no end

Not when the unemployable ratchet mouth split pin is in the new terraced socially affordable next door to you , sitting in their bedroom , calling 14 4 a copy , copy copy copy at three & four in the morning. Then their kids wiping out your TV from 30 seconds after the get home from school till 23.00 or later bedtimes .

A free !!!! workbench. Left outside work for scrap so was swiftly taken home. Nice quality build and 1/4 plate on top way more solid than i will ever get with my current plywood workbenchs 
Condition at the start
Then attacked with the angry grinder to get flat bar off the top and get rid of cabinets and drawer as i have far better plans for storage
Then needle gun got the worst of the rust off ( Right side needled and left side not)
Then the aggressive wire brush tidied it up nicely
Few more bits and pieces such as holes to weld up but most of the way there now and working well super pleased with it and love a steel plate bench instead of plywood don't know how I've lived without one now
