I have the same one...I use it for all sorts of stuff where you need heat but controlled temperature. Things like getting glue to separate on trims etc etc....well worth the money I think.

To elaborate furtherI'd 'like' that, if I knew what it was/did....
The green drum machine is limited to it's onboard sounds
Now I can use whatever recorded sound I want with it.
Impressed the faders are sending a signal to lower the volume
They nailed midi back then.

I looked at a dual use setup, going for the t12, as I didnt want to drag the hotgun around at the same time. Good for bench work though.

So, here it is, going to keep the missus happy anyway. The B&D Workmate is very long in the tooth now and I wanted something that I could fold and stow away in the office, be heavy enough to clamp a polisher to and use as a small welding and cutting table. I did quite a bit of research (looked on 'tinternet) and investigated several designs and wanted something simple, easy to fold and stow and above all get the Workmate off the lawn! No springs, clips or bolts. Pretty indestructible but I will give it a go.
The top is 24 x 16 inches and set up the top is 33 inches from the ground, weighs about 35 kilos and is very stable, quite pleased with myself really. Only thing I did wrong was the welding of the actual top, 10mm thick, to the pivot bar where I needed to take a couple of runs at it.
