Yes, they are cheep.Wandered into Screwfix again to collet moreToysTools yesterday and spied these on the front display.
Can you ever have enough Tape Measures as mine always grow legs.
I like the fact they have Black FT Markers as well as 16" Red for Wood Fettlers..
£9.99 the pair at the moment.
Stanley Tylon 8M/26'
They jam.Noooooooooo, How ? And I'll avoid using that bit
Hmm.. why 16?16" Red for Wood Fettlers..
Something to do with Studs and traditional floor joists which are usually either 16 or 24 inches on centre.Hmm.. why 16?
A new impact gun after the old sealey finally gave up. As I already have hikoki/hitachi batteries it made sense.
It’s a bit of a beast, only tried it on car wheel nuts so far and it’s like they weren’t there, I’ll give it a go on the lorry nuts and see it gets on
It’s the 36db.Is that the 36DB or the 36DE? The DB looks like overkill for anything I do, but I do fancy the Mid Torque. Both look like nice bits of kit.
A Milwaunkee Fixtec grinder nut.
so should be good for the cars
Correct the old imperial standard for joists and studs . when you could get long floor boards and walls and ceilings were lath and plaster .Something to do with Studs and traditional floor joists which are usually either 16 or 24 inches on centre.
Not a Chippy but I bet someone here will elaborate
A lovely stainless steel jerry can. The justification being steel one rust and have a coating that peels off. Plastic ones don't have the bayonet pouring spout. Add to that modern fuels and the propensity for the additives/adulterants to affect both coatings and plastics.
Today I will mostly be palming my old rusty jerry cans to anyone I can find who will take them. Most likey will be a mate who runs a garage up here.

I still get swarf in the carpet and I have vinyl in the garage, a door mat in the garage, a drive to walk over to the front door, another door mat, then carpet! To limit swarf getting in the carpet
Come on then, how much?

You've got no chance
To get them flat, if they're not already, lay them upside down in the sun (you are due some today) to soften and flatten out.
Lots of the boats use these plastic ones from Canada I think, they rate them very highly but probably cost about £100Mutter, mutter, mumbleswerve.
Seriously? £110 before carriage IIRC. About 3 times the price of a normal new one. None of my current cans have been bought, all have been dump finds, so using man maths this one is free based on the saving from the other ones.
