I had a set as well they soon lost the cutting edges in plastics & aluminium , when I tried to put the mid sized one though 1/4 plate it died three steps in ..... too much friction heat perhaps ?

I thought that after it was too late, daft thing is I had a can of aerosolized cutting /, tapping fluid about two feet away .Cutting oil helps or any old oil for that matter
Whatever my cheapie drill press is set for on speed two . Can't tell you as it's 35 yrs old and the labels / transfers have long worn off.How fast are you spinning them ?

Green is 50 gritI hope you like it. I love them. I think I have the white and brown. I use the green the most. I have a couple greeen ones but I use the others on more delicate surfaces. I forget which is the softer ones now however

I have an m12 die grinder which I must say is fantastic.What are you using to spin these with, a die grinder
