It wont be flat then, it will be ship shaped and Bristol fashion.......
As long as its not "Bristol" shaped, you'd never flatten it out.

yep also make fantastic extraction systems too, that good infact you need to allow air to be drawn in as it goes out or you go down with blue lipsNice one Matt. Those squirrel fans can shift an obscene amount of air for very little noise.

Ever heard of RAF Trimley Heath? Dad went there the other day and showed me some pictures of some kind of equipment still in there, it was a huge blower like that, it must have been at least 2 feet across. He said he want's to pinch it, restore it and run it off his Lister.
How powerful is the motor on yours?
That'll be because they run much faster and are much smaller so less efficient maybe? Torque and speed are inversely proportional to each other after all!
Not strictly today, it was lateish on Friday night, But I acquired a poorly Audi TT.. On the A75, In Scotland, 200 miles from home and still nearly 70 miles from our destination...
Is that beside Cargenbridge Tom? Scenery kinda all looks similar round thereNot strictly today, it was lateish on Friday night, But I acquired a poorly Audi TT.. On the A75, In Scotland, 200 miles from home and still nearly 70 miles from our destination..
And then the AA man came.. Suspected a snapped timing belt and due to the location of the car and the fact lorries are steaming past on the way to Stranraer we got towed to a Petrol station 8 miles away at 30mph, because its a bloody Quatro. Wasn't keen on being towed so close to the van, in dark, no idea where I was, what the road was like and having bellends overtaking on a corner that neither me nor the overtaker knew how long it was, even the AA man said it was a bit hairy.
Upon further investigation we found that the belt has slipped somewhere, shredded the teeth on the belt and then got caught on some metal.. We decided to carry on the journey and got the inlaws to pick us up, which meant I had to endure a 2 hour drinking session in a petrol station car park, I had fosters the wife had Moet...
On the plus side of all this, the AA got the car back to our local garage, they blamed Gates due to a seized water pump, Gates have now agreed to cover all costs to get the car back on the road.. So this weekend I have acquired a Poorly Audi TT, that is being fixed and good as new ready for a good blast down to Donington in a few weeks for the Download Festival.
not stricktly true you already had the car so you only acquired the fault
