I have alot of 3phase machines so have a static converter, I still use vfds on some stuff for variable speed and braking thoughI brought mine home on a small box trailer. That was fun.
There's now at least three of us here with an eagle surface grinder.
Are you planning to run this from a VFD? Mine was permanently star wired but it was quite straightforward to dig the star point out and wire as delta.
Being a Beach tool box collector I have plenty of storage but you still cant beat Bisley Drawers for keeping stuff sorted.After.weeks and weeks after being messed about on Marketplace I found one and couple miles from home.

I've been thinking recently that on the odd occasion I cycle after dark, something a bit brighter than my black coat might be a good idea, even though I have lights and reflectors. They're not dear at Screwfix, but I keep forgetting to order one and I daren't just turn up on spec as they probably won't have one in stock.
