I have a bet that I can lose a stone in next 3 weeks, so I'm on chicken breasts + water + green leafs + a six mile walk every day - not to mention I'm lactose intolerant

Its actually 4 weeks, cos I started a week ago.
I lost 6lbs first week (water loss), so 8lbs in 3 weeks.
2-4lbs a week is supposed to be "healthy".

And I have another 4 stone to go by Easter.

I got a trailer. A very cheap trailer. Possibly a set of useful components to make a decent trailer a bit bigger than the one I just got... but even then, still cheap. On a side note, who uses Stirling board as a trailer floor?

My latest acquisition from West London, all 6" of it

Apart from the surface rust it's in nearly perfect condition. The jaws are perfect and screws have never been touched. A few very light hammer marks is the only evidence it's ever seen action. You can even make out the original sticker which I think was a reminder to keep the screw oiled. I'm a very happy bunny
Just waiting for my neighbour to give me a Parkinson QR and for a friend to collect a Fortis No. 10 from Norwich for me. Now if only I could find a cheap Swinden's...

The Stirling board might be the best bit. One hookey wheel bearing was down to all the nuts being loose othe side the bearing is siezed to the shaft. Oh, and the back is broken...

A friend of mine built a trailer with a chipboard floor and bolted the Indespension units directly to the floor.
