That's going to go like excrement off a twig when you're done!!
Oooooo, I like it already, its green.
Look for an MOD mark on them. They were once issued to Seamen to allow them to wire lock safety rails on a ship. Plus undo Shackle pins on D and bow shackles.
The hole in them was originally designed to fit a "Marlin Spike" as well.
No Broad Arrow, only a little dog with the name Bernard running along the side!
Just thought I would add my find to the list , while visiting an exchange I found this on the floor ! it had been posted through the letter box, I thought it might have been left behind by an engineer at a job but the musty damp smell makes me think it was found after clear out and handed back via the exchange
My friend has finally seen sense and has given up caravanning. He has sold the lot. The van, the tow car, the tents.
Lock stock and barrel.
But one thing did not sale.

A Aldi/Lidil genny.
Fresh fuel, clean plug and it burst into life.
What a noise, I even checked to see if the silencer was fitted. It was.
It can just about power a grinder, just.
It will be donated to Men in Sheds, if only to power lights and light loads.
Ooh, never seen the yellow handled stuff, got a good collection of the red handled tools.Just thought I would add my find to the list , while visiting an exchange I found this on the floor ! it had been posted through the letter box, I thought it might have been left behind by an engineer at a job but the musty damp smell makes me think it was found after clear out and handed back via the exchange

Blimey, that brings back memories, I still refer to long nose wiring pliers as "81's", I still have most of my hand tools from my BT days.
