My darling is genuinely tolerant. She knows it won't stay there. The mod is a Cuppa Joe/Wrong Fu . I can't get a good photo of it now but happy to when its moved. The bearing is behind the aluminium plate you can see on the left.

Used to be part converted.
Double bed in the roof space and kitchenette behind the cab. Storage space was segregated nice warm van.
Had to rip it out when I was subbing for a fitted bedroom company to fit the furniture in but left the insulation in.

Previously I used it at the beach. Used to spend my weekends kite buggying.
And after work week days in the summee and regularly cooked and slept out in it
Jersey law is an ****. If renting a room from a private owner you can be asked to leave with zero notice.
Which my ex did.
Managed to get all my tools and possesions (lots had been sold in preperation for my move back to uk) in the van and lived by the beach for a few weeks until I found somewhere short term.

No idea about the inverter - only ever tried it out on my old Cebora buzz box. If I remember right it has forked connectors that fit under the screw terminals on the welder - you'll probably have to fit some dinse plugs for the inverter unless you can borrow a buzz box to try it out on.

Not today, in fact 7 years ago, but it is now heading for the downstairs barn, AKA the bar
It went kaput a few weeks a couple of weeks ago so I bought a new one for the house. We never used the built in TV tuner as we have a humax recorder, and I had an idea that the only thing that was FUBAR was the HDMI interface, and others would be fine but I kept schtum as I thought that a 55" Samsung would be perfect on the bar wall
I tested it yesterday with a cheapo internal TV antenna and low and behold, bingo! Lots of lovely Freeview channels, there's a good chance the IP interface is fine too so I will have youtube etc. I can watch @doubleboost Sunday night cap with a pint of homebrew in the comfort of the barn brewery tap Just bought a decent antenna, swivel mount and cable, I need to weld a plate onto the barn wall channel to take the TV bracket then we are cooking with gas

Yesterday was a good, day. See my post No.8479.
IN addition to that lot I had a rummage in a skip. Yes I had permission to do so.
A back up spare kettle for the playpen, just in case one of the 3 break. Brand new by the look, no lime scale and the power cord was still in the transport bag.
A old brief case, the handle was broken of and inside with 2 new "D" rings. But No key. I have a small selection of old keys and I will see if one will fit.
This thing, I thought I new what it was.
