A nice set of steps since there unsafe for work..they told me to sling them, so i did in boot of my car, just need some poprivets for a support and way to sort out the split in the leg since i havent access to ally weld.
You should be aware that most if not all aluminium ladders cannot be welded or you risk weakening their structural integrity and hiding that weakness. Ideally each part should be perfectly straight and square etc. They really should be pop riveted and for a repair, use a steel plate as has been suggested or I have had a lot of success by fitting wooden blocks (where feet are missing for example).
