well ive just won these on ebay for a sum of 35.00

the first is a bridgeport 90 degree im wanting it so i can fit it onto the milling machine i have, same with the vice

its been suggested by doubleboost to go for the r8 adaption so i looked into it and the 90 degree option gives me this its spares and repair on the item though

the 4th pic i just missed as went for 16.00

with a little forum help in collection that im grateful of

Picked up a bottle of Argon from local BOC agent so I could have a play and pretend to be a fully grown, adulting welder.

I also acquired a lathe steady today. Mis-labeled as a Harrison steady on eBay it's a genuine item for my Monarch 10EE round-dial lathe. A rare item to find in the UK, I had a nervous couple of days waiting for it because it's identical to the UK CVA lathe steady apart from being 1/4" shorter in height. If it was a CVA steady (much more common) it wouldn't have fitted my machine.

I didn't get the clamping mechanism so that's a part I'm going to have to make.

Nice, I'm still looking for steadies for my Holbrook C13, probably even rarer - in the meantime I've got a nice ring of 1" steel I can tack some hinges onto once I'm fully TIGged up...

They are on google drive, If you right hand click on the [ img ] bit it should allow you to select view image
