The tumble reverse and change gears I need a 20t for my reverse if you have a spare as where I'm buying my other gears only have them with a 12mm bore and I'd rather not have to bore it out

I've just been working it all out and there will be around 0.023mm gap between the two gears is that enough for them to mesh properly

Today I acquired, amongst other stuff such as milling cutters, two of these, a left and a right hand.
Quality seems better than the usual cheap ones from APT or wherever and they feel much better in the hand than them as well. Time will tell if they are good but at £23 plus VAT each I decided to get a couple.

A slip of paper is the usual gauge for clearance, so it doesn't need much. As long as they're not tight up against each other, they should be fine.

When they're flogging these off for £3 at Lidl, it's hard to resist getting one. I didn't fare well on the willpower front.

Finally got around to getting a new thicknesser. Save me a bit of sanding next week.
240 from amazon and ordered Thursday. Arrived this morning.
Annoyingly only one of the stands turned up. Ordered the second from the same seller about 2 minutes after the first.

Stands are nice and solid and will be useful for tablesaw and mitre saw too. The evolution stand isn't good with long lengths of 9x2 and these will help.
Have a slot to take a 2x4 and a locking mech for making long saw horses. May end up with a couple more and the triton jaw horse and retiring my shop dogs.

Just taken a cuppa up stairs to her indoors, in bed, and secreted one of the the 2way radios I found, under the covers. Calmly walked down stairs and then TX'd the biggest raspberry in could muster.

Lovely old petrol can, not sure if I should leave as is or restore it. ( It leaks from bottom seem and don't think it will hold liquid again so it's a decoration at the end of the day).
