A lidl special in all it's chinesium glory. These thing are impressive, simply because of their clever use of shapes and angles to get such a high load capacity from steel that is not much thicker than paper. A whopping 150kg max load, I wouldn’t like to try it at that weight but it is very sturdy and for what I need it for it’s perfect.

So had a poke around at this little bundle.
There
Guehring R-RT1U Solid carbide 2 with the machined flats are through coolant. 1 of these costs a lot more than I paid for everything in the above posts.
Think il consider today a result.
The roughing end mills are hydra and not cheap either.
Dread to think what the mt4 countersink was new. Shame I have nothing to accept it.

I have a few carbide drills that I keep for special occasions like drilling out snapped HSS and PM taps Most of them were chipped through use over many years but I tried them out in the drill doctor the last day and they sharpened up beautifully. I was actually surprised at how quick and easy it was to sharpen them compared to the HSS drills

Today I acquired.
All nice haul of bsw. Bsf. And bsp taps. Loads of drill bits. And a brand new unused 8.5 inch two jaw taylor just .the chuck will make a great addition to the three and four jaw Taylor's.

Might be mt3 don't really have anything for reference here. Il measure it up and confirm then pop it up on here for sale. Rather it was used and short of turning it into a 1"shank to fit my capstan it's not really of use.

snap on blue point and Bergen and a mac I've got a fair amout of tools (no where near what half you lot got )but find you need that certain size pinches to get where the normal size dont get same with the screw drivers hence this haul

That looks the same pump unit as the broom wade one on my dentists compressor made in 1974

Over lockers aka Sergers .

I've had a cabby on my daughters .( £ 99 from Aldi last year ) it's magic . Remade the pocket bottoms of a decent winter rain proof jacket where the material had parted , unpicked the bottom seam pulled the pockets out and double sewed them on the machine using the edge cutting knife on the first pass. Then used our standard lock stitch machine to close the seam again.

They are so easy I've purchased & cut out the heavy sweater shirt material & neck & cuffing material to make my own sweatshirts & welding smocks in heavy cotton drill .

Awaiting some free time to sit and sew them up .. made the patterns in carboard from a dead XXL sweat shirt and increased the seam edges out a half inch to make them easier to put on & take off .

They do lean a bit, worth a diagonal brace between the legs...
