And before it all gets home it will be well travelled as having got off the ferry in Aberdeen at 7 o’clock this morning, I’ve got 2 drops for the centre of London tomorrow morning followed by a return load out of Lakenheath in Suffolk before getting home on Friday, not much change from 1500 miles .

And that’s long-distance trucking, UK style .

I need a nozzle and a rubber braded hose. The hunt is on.

I have some of the more modern versions which have the same hose I believe (or simular as they are a stirup pump from the same design) if you want ill see if one has a dead pump but good hose (the nozzle is built in to the end of the hose)

It will take a few weeks as they are at the back of the store somewhere but if i do have them they are yours for the cost of the postage.

So, as some of you know @Tangledfeet sent me a package. Although the wrapping paper wasnt my little pony or barbie it made my day brighter. I also thought I'd got lucky and been sent a laptop cover, but it was not to be.

Thanks again pal for this trophy base. It has been put to good use, and will be for about 12 years, given the dimensions, at my local ACF detachment

Love that kind of stuff. Lab woodwork from days gone by when stuff was made to just sit there and work, not fall apart.

I rescued some teak laboratory benches from a derelict factory that had the roof collapsed in years ago and the benches were soaking wet and covered in rubble and pigeon poop, I planed them off and they were perfect , I used the teak to fit out my first boat. The stuff is indestructible.

Ordered 2 Dewalt batteries after i spotted them on offer on Amazon a few weeks back at £23.50 each but they were showing up as long delivery times, Well worth the wait as you can always use extra batteries.

Good price. Never see them for less than 45 so I went for these.

The sledges and pick axe are unused, as is the tap. the JCB SDS drills are missing the 6 and 7 mm but also unused. A nice little patio table, 4 folding chairs and a sun lounger, for when it gets sunny again
