When dealing with certain people don't joke.

I did a local vending machine company a favour. Not a big one. but using redundant equipment I helped them reduce their insurance bill.
As a thank you the owner said; "What do you want Mr.TYA?
I said, as a joke; "How about a coffee vending machine for MIS? We buy the stuff from you and we raise funds with our members and guest using it."

He gave me this.



Only the coffee and tea side work. But is plumbed in to his spare test line and today it was used for the first time.
I wonder what would happen if I said the hand of his daughter in marriage?

Small, but it sets the part off nicely.



Cute littler soft face mallet, looks home made.

I believe they print little shapes, pictures too... I recall a friend who plastered ‘bananas are cool’ with a healthy amount of banana icons and a snowflake all over uni!

Plus you can get many wonderful colours on the print roll.

and in the winter become dimmer as the night got colder...remember as a kid my job was to keep looking out the window all night and check it was still illuminated on my old mans truck..no wonder i sleep in 2 hour increments all night to this day

Some kiln furniture. Customer was chucking it out, loads of these shelves and spacers, brand new:

So far I’ve worked out it’s probably cordierite, but haven’t got a clue what to do with it.

My first thought was to use it in the construction of some sort of forge, but I’m not exactly sure how this stuff works - I don’t think it exactly reflects heat, which is presumably what you would want from a forge.

Any ideas?
