So poor service from the retailer/service dept then especially as it seems Esab have no knowledge of it yet and it must be getting on for a monthWith ESAB everything is dealt with through the retailer. Esab doesn’t sell direct and that’s how the distributor earns their commission.
The machine will be sent from the retailer to the nearest ESAB recognised service centre to be assessed. They then inform the retailer and ESAB of the warranty issue and Esab sends parts out or a new machine.
Esab service centres are usually other distributors or welder repair shops
Is there a way for Jig to contact Esab directly as surely they wouldn't like their customers to be waiting that long.
