It will be deemed as a heavy class 4 provided there is no room for "freight"
If there is room to add commercial stuff then will be deemed as a dual purpose and come under the appropriate weighted lorry.
Horse boxes and race trucks are a prime example of heavy class 4.
I do think there should be an in between vehicle. Something between a landy and a unimog.
Bang on 3.5tonne but can tow 3.5 also.
PTO if needed and a sensible powerplant,
There is but there not cheap and the 2.3 is a good engine but fragile electronics
