@Screwdriver - I am watching your live stream (1,2 1,2) and observed there is no Z hop. Do you have retraction set in the slicer?
That's what I use for PLA and acetone/abs slurry for ABS Pro.
Insert a computer extractor fan half way up in a simple three sides conduit that has inlets at top & bottom of the enclosure & vent it out side via some 2 - 3 inch ID pond water piping print your outlet flanges & use simple printed plastic blocks to fit the conduit to the enclosure to keep it removable if needed. My lad's very resistive to printing ABS, worried about his delicate electronics in the printer being subject to too much heat. I need to convince him to flip the machine over so we can see how easy to extend wires and mount everything outside the enclosure.
I actually run a Heater in my enclosure to heat things up. LolMy lad's very resistive to printing ABS, worried about his delicate electronics in the printer being subject to too much heat. Why not print with a shield....I think it might even be a cura feature..Nozzle is brand new.
Finally managed to get a set running late last night, not that late so it's still going.
I dare not go in there. I think the draught from my going in and out is causing (among other things) the parts to lift. So even if I can get the stupid thing to stick, it might still get bored and curl up like a Pringles. I hate this stuff. I am convinced it's a bad batch of plastic. Nothing should be this difficult to make work.
Anyhow, it should be done in a few minutes. That will be a massive relief.

It is definitely draught resistant as it uses a fine concrete cold extruded paste out of a cold nozzle not hot melt addition materials . Hellishly fast for 150 hour build . I bet the groundwork and putting in the services take longer that that when totalled up.I'm going to put off buying a 3D printer until I can afford one of these printers, I doubt if a draught will put it off.
