Just a wee bit bigger over the bed than the Computurn (15mm) but quite a bit more over the slide (78mm) . The slide on the Computurn is quite a lump though so that is probably why.
Any idea the width of the bed?

My issue is wood bothering, I'm crap at it.

Then I remembered I'd bought a mill.

Might improve my tolerances...

I chucked some bits in the mill and had a play, looks promising...

We'll see.

What's that, about 340/350mm?
Must be a bit taller than the Computurn on centre height I think as it has 435mm or so across the bed which should allow for more swing than a narrower bed.

Ha ha I am not worried, just trying to get a handle on the relative size of the two lathes. The Mastiff looks a bigger lathe but in reality it is not that much bigger just the Computurn is like me, dumpy

342mm so probably 13.5”.
Center height is 270mm

Finished off the pressure turning. Wanted to put a radiused edge but I dont have a tool for it, I do have a wood 3mm radius cutter. Setup was a pain, had to run in reverse.

Delrin stringers are everywhere, like it has been snowing!
