I looked at that, but it's right on the curved side. It will take a bit of shaping as its a compound curve.Can you not fix a plate on with self tappers and have plenty tigerseal squished under the plate before fixing?
Load of ally frames gone today, part of the the job with the steel frames several posts up, 24 of each type and all of the welds ground flush, I hate grinding and am glad to see the back of them, the clean up in the workshop to get rid of the grinding fallout took all afternoon.

a nut to a broken brake bleed nipple......I was sceptical when I first saw videos of this on youtube, but this is the 5th snapped bolt / brake nipple that Ive removed that way and thats a 100% success rate

Handle on an air receiver...just need to find something to make another handle from...should be some suitable scrap...somewhere around here...
