Lad has contacted Starlink and they've called him from the States pretty much straight away. They reckon their records show it "fell offline" during a software update. Told him to check and take pics of the lead plugs both ends. If OK they'll send a new dish FOC. Even though it was bought through Costco they'll deal direct with us and give a dedicated RTM number etc.
So far can't fault the service. Go Elon!
Going up on the roof now with head torches. Not sure how the lead plugs in to the dish, I thought it was hardwired...
