Yes me too rightly or wrongly I normally skip breakfast except for my Saturday fryup or similar which is a treat and also keeps me going all day

Slumped in front of the box last night and SWMBO commented "You've got you're gut back.....you'd lost it all / done so well.....it's all that beer you're drinking".

I didn't go back with the fact that when I lost it, all I got was "It's easy for you, I've tried eating nothing and can't lose it.....it's the menopause.....you don't understand" constantly. I think she was jealous. To the point I thought what's the point, if she's not going to bother etc.

Weighed myself anyway last night at 17.5st. Bearing in mind my target weight was 15 and I got to 16 before regressing.

Thus this morning just black coffee. Going to try and get back doing the IF. For me not her.

Only weigh yourself when your starker's ( i f you can't see the scales use your phone for a photo of the reading ) after the mornings first pee and only do it on the first of the month , none of this weigh yourself several times a day /week .

Cut down on starches (beers spirits & sugar included ) and fats as you body turns that easily into blood sugar which if not burnt off swells your blood cells , strains your kidneys & becomes fat.
Long term if you keep up the excess calorie /carb intake a hard yellow fat round your vital organs starts to form on your vital organs , back & tummy which take ages to lose. Why lug that extra 25 kg or so around every second when you don't need it or the strain it puts on your body ?

Vince if you use skinned chicken breast for soup it is bland and the flesh is like chewing white compressed dry carboard . All my soups contain a very small amount of fat, it's what gives the soup a decent flavour .

Just put another four pints of chicken wing & veg stock out of the pressure cooker through the fat separator jug ,. Resulting in just over a pint of lovely tasting almost fat free stock ready for making another soup batch tonight.
I might also warm it up with some fresh grated ginger in the final boil up
Had the soup for brekkers again .at 08,15 very tasty & filling still no hunger at 11.35 hrs.

I lost 3 stone in 3 weeks - not ideal

I should point out that I had a rather nice Pret salad today when I finally started eating after midday. As I can't remember the last time I ate salad or fruit I'm wondering if it was anaphylactic shock that triggered the 3lb weight loss?
