Absolutely, I have had a couple sleepless nights thinking about a backup plan. I am so glad I don't have to do what I was thinking.cracking , bet your chuffed ,sleepeasier tonight eh
Thanks Arther, I appreciate the compliments. Things don't always work out but you take the rough with the smooth. I though this would be the rough, which is a relief that it is not . I am just going to paint them, the paint I used it actually very durable which is great. Just a bit rubbish trying to paint.pleased for you , there is always a sence of relief and happiness when a job turns out good , geussing you know that with your driving anyways ! and come to think of it your landie , you may have had slight doubts but I think the majority on here know your abilities are way up there . glad your pleased and look forward to seeing them clad and finished , are you going to get frames galvanised??
I hate painting, I think I am going to spray it which is crap. Luckily I can move my cars and I will try make a tent up inside my gazebo, I'd rather not wreck itthats ok, funnily after finishing I always like the painting bit , well as long as its a 2 inch brush

I was actually going to try that on some scrap. I may do some tomorrow and see. See how my time goes.I'm not a great fan of painting either - have you considered a 2" roller for that job?
What’s the best type of roller for trying to leave a smooth finish?Id use a 2 inch brush and or a small roller for that, a good primer first though. Many metal paints go on far far better if you warm them up first.
Yeah, hopefully it’s nice next week for painting. The gate looks like it works well
Atleast we should have a good couple of days for painting it
You've got until Saturday afternoon from what I've seenYeah, hopefully it’s nice next week for painting.
So is it this weekend, your garden turns into digger land! Be careful neighbours fences and walls come down easily when the bucket even looks at them.Thinking about it, I might take a look at grading the grass off to be able to move the gate right round. I did want it like that in the first instance in case I need to get things round. See how I go today. Lots to sort out.
A week of work yeah. Thanks, it’ll be okay. I have a front garden to dig out and re develop as well.So is it this weekend, your garden turns into digger land! Be careful neighbours fences and walls come down easily when the bucket even looks at them.
