I was thinking anywhere in themain long chassis - stop it lozenging . . . if that's a real word
Its alway's going to flex at that length, so doesn't to be too stiff, of it'll bust welds somewhere.

They thought 3 - 4 days.
I said 5.
But it was agreed, it was not going to be rushed, it was going to be done properly, to the best of our combined abilities.
They designed it basically, I chucked my two shillings of advice in.
Got to the point I'm adding weld to joints, thinking this is overkill.
I cut, I grind and I weld.
That's 10 kgs of rods in 3.5 days.
I'll crack the third box tomorrow.
Don't think it'll break, and if it does I wonder what'll give.
Their plans, I'll photo in a minute, pretty non existant.
Interesting project, I've enjoyed the welding, it been a challenge, not so the grinding, plasma'ing I quite enjoy, but big noisy grinders (all the ppi), neh. Best avoided in my books.

One can but try, and do ones best, God knows my welding improved, but I can still see where I've fluffed up. Honestly never done that much electrode sinking into metal before. Interesting, another couple of weeks and I might have nailed arc welding, but I've only ever used 6013's so should probably exp element with other flavours, and some issues with undercut when filleting?
