33 Ohms 10%.
And there is - in my folders - a similar picture of the same burned resistor, found somewhere on the Net.
Root caused to be investigated.

Hello Macfun or Jan.
I am in the middle of repairing a Magicwave.
I had sorted and numbered the various mosfets/IGBT's and dual diodes, but being quite a ham fisted numpty I dropped the box.
Now all the parts are mixed up.
I have 6 IXyz 48n50 modules and one Fro169.
Where do they need to go?

Hey Guys, I have a problem with my Castotig 2002 (again) I loaned it to a mate and they dropped it, now the gas is not working, I've traced the wiring back to the front control panel plug x2 pins 5 and 7 and have no power coming off the board. When I press the trigger the relay adjacent to x2 closes and I get weld power (HF also). Any ideas?? @Macfun @Jan-DIY

My first idea would be to check the 24V power at the valve (I believe it is 24V ...).
Then track down to the 24V transformer and/or a possible fuse, including harness welds.
I hope for you it is a simple trouble ... and you won't charge your mate too much hate and money !
I have no idea wether the trigger drives the valve directly thru a relay (does the clicking relay has 2 outputs ?) , or thru a board ...

When I press the trigger I have 5vDC at the wires of the valve when disconnected from the valve itself, when I apply load (connect to the valve) it goes to zero. Stumped....

Have fun ... pin 5 is solenoid switch grounded by buz11 , which itself switch on by tiny smd 6b , which itself comes from mc siemens in the corner of the pcb .
(the relay switches 230 v to the grey box hf on , also uses 24 for the relay coil)
you could bridge pin 5 and 10 to check solenoid is clicking ,
Next check 5v signal from controller
then buz 11 and the 6b Transistor and all the resistors....
You know what to do

Look at my ****ty schematic .
Mc siemens gives out 5v if trigger switch is pushed. The 5v go to tiny smd Transistor with 6b on it you can see it in your picture above .
check if left buz11 mosfet , voltage between left pin and right pin changes from 0 to 10-20 v if trigger is pushed
