Obviously Megan is not known for her subtlety.
She was born with Shire Horse paws, the ground shakes when she runs.
The lodger always remind me of Mrs Doyle from Father Ted, that scene when she deliberately falls off the windowsill. He has all the the delicacy of an elephant ballet dancing.

She was found hiding in a neighbours shed. Dirty, matted, underweight, but with fantastic green eyes.

She was sedated so she could be cleaned and have an infected claw sorted. There is no chip to identify her.
That is her pretending to be asleep, but peaking.
It will be a few weeks before she is fit enough to be re-homed. Until then she has free bed and board.

The bed and cards are from the donation bin at the vets.
She does purr and does explore the house. She is house trained, she knows how to use the potty. But her paw is still tender.
