Went to vet to day to get new prescription for the cats arthritis (Metacam) & he said there is a new product called Librela an injected drug that gives relief for a month it is Expensive £63 any one used it ? said his dog is on it and it has been an eye opener to him.
The Metacalm is about £23 + a 2 monthly vet check @ £23 so it is about £32 a month.
None of our previous cats had arthritis so in a don't know situation, he is an in/out door cat so not happy locked in during the day, locked in after 1800gmt till morning

Hopefully we should be able to brighten up some young girl's day today. They lost her cat last Sunday been looking for it ever since.
We found her cat in next door's garden. She's been fed and watered and currently curled up nice and content in our cat box waiting for the owner to come and claim her.

What he doesn't know yet is that I've boarded up his cat flap and moved it
This was the "temporary" one that was there for 4 years
and his new one in the newish house extension
I couldn't find a small enough Acro to hold the roof up so had to make one...

Good idea but I've got a Sureflap electronic cat flap, it stops all the stray moggies getting in. Works off Cassidy's chip in his neck.
I don't think they do an external flap.
He's a high tech connected puddy cat!

Friends is not a clever flap he just fitted one on the outside of wall and one on inside ours are in glass so can't do it anyway.
Locking flaps did not work for our old femail tabby, she destroyed 2 flaps, tore the flap hinges off, now have a price of work surface cut to fit with a locking bar
