Also take into account that its now possible to get negatives withdrawn so they dont show up its likely they actually have many more than that. Its not always a massive problem especially if a seller does sell loads of gear, some people will still leave negative feedback just because they were annoyed. I know I had one guy leave us negative feedback even though we express shipped a replacement next day Saturday AM delivery, sent him a spare Mug wrap and told him he could also keep the working mugpress so he actually ended up with TWO working items.Going by the number of negs on that seller's feedback I wouldn't have touched them with a rusty old Cortina, let alone a bargepole.
