Apologies, I guess meant the actual tool then, I thought the original might have been a holder with an insert added at the tip. Are the tools actually one piece HSS? Noted on the value and other checks. Thanks.I am confused. You are asking for pictures of the toolholder, but the machine in your picture has the toolholder firmly present.
If the seller has told you the toolholder is missing, s/he is referring to a different part, so it might be worth doing some digging.
If you can get it for £300, good luck. Looking at its condition, £400 is undervaluing it. There are people who would give you north of £50 for the light on it.
It is good to try to get the cranking handle with it (fits cross feed, table height and slide rotation) as well as the square wrench that fits the toolpost bolt. Check the autofeed gear to make sure none of the teeth are sheared off.
