Where abouts did you get yours? Sounds good if i can get a similar package.
Just checked the paperwork, came from a company called Weldcare Ltd. As it was a purchase over £1000 for a public body it had to go out to tender through the public contracts Scotland website so I couldn't just go straight to Macgregors even though they had put together a reasonable quote for me and I'd have preferred that option.
If you do end up having it shipped I seem to recall it was pretty well packed and as welders go it is pretty portable/set up for taking the odd knock. You could have had a shot of ours to test drive it if you were home! I'm now in two minds about what to do as I need another few units but would really like AC TIG and HF start. The Miller Multimatic 220 looks just the ticket but I can't see any for sale here and I suspect I would have to fight very hard for them.
The Rebel is a great welder though, the sMIG in particular is fantastic. Don't know what you are doing for gas but I ended up with Hobbyweld Ultra bottles for the Rebel which have the built in regulators so if you are going down that route then you may be able to avoid the separate regulator cost.
