Look in the menu of your installed programs. Open Windows Accessories and it should be found in there. It works like this...
You and I start up the app and then the "master" gets a code from the app which is passed to the slave and typed in. Once done the "slave" screen can be viewed in real time by the "master". If a further option is selected, full control of the slave is available by the "master". So in a nutshell, I could see what you are doing and talk to you about it, or you can say "show me" and click the option. Then I could drive your computer as if I were sitting in front of it and you would be able to see everything that happens.
