I find the more you analyse anything on TV the more stuff you notice. I always liked Ultimate Force and still do but 5 SAS soldiers in a gun fight with automatic weapons who can be firing for 3 mins and never hit anyone always made me chuckle.

I've seen plenty of lowered land rovers - first one I recall was a slammed 90 in a magazine, probably in the mid 90s.

That looks weird but fast I believe there is more value in originality of vehicles then modified ones (well I hope so anyway as my cars getting on a bit now)

The '90's was a dodgy era in modified car, I hazily remember lol

Interestingly my username has nothing to do with guns, Armalites are legendary carp fishing rods from the late 80s, I still have/use my first pair that I bought in 1989. Back then they were more than a weeks wages each for me. Century still provide the Mk1 blanks to special order once they have enough orders for a run. Bought a more powerfull set secondhand a few years back and had them refurbed, had to get a new tip section for one of them. If it wasn't for the fact I had them numbered during the rebuilds I wouldn't be able to tell them apart. The new piece is exactly the same even though the rods are possibly 25 years old.

It's likely the name was derived from the gun though as they also did a rod called an AK47 which was unusual in that it came with two tip sections, one soft one for smaller fish and close work and stiffer one for distance/bigger fish

I'd love to know how they manage to rebuild the cars without getting their hands or clothes dirty. I wish I could keep as clean as they do working on cars

I always thought Armalites where mag wheels from the seventies/eighties, made in italy very light for the time and used on most of the GP Bikes.

sounds familiar from watching Why Don't You on tv when I was younger and quite a few years ago

I only moan about infantile rubbish masquerading as documentaries, and yes i did switch off, and switched on the radio instead.
Also i don't moan about documentaries like the one below.

Moany old f s,thats a bit disrespectfull for a forum like this ? dont usually see that sort of thing on here, anyways yes I agree if you dont like it dont watch but I think everyone does that anyways,like I said loving the bikes done , but not overly impressed with the cars so far,but its worth watching just for the bike part to me.
I think there are lot of producers trying to come up with a program thats turns out as succesfull as american choppers.
