While your stripping and cleaning take bits and pieces don and get a lift with the bed and cab in two parts.
Biggest issue is keeping the Mrs out long enough to get it through the house.
Its not that heavy, make a wheeled trolley, or bolt a scaff plank to a scate board, 3 people and off you go.

I might have to beef up the power supply to the workshop down there soon
the previous owner has clipped 2.5mm T/E to the fence not the best of ideas now with a lathe and possibly a tig set going to be down there is it.
Actually what kind of juice will this lathe require
