Even if the SD card doesn't have Cura on it anymore, the sample files have the key settings at the start of the files if you open them a text editor.
The only issue is Cura changed the name of some settings between versions, so you need to work out/guess what they've been renamed to.

There are ready made profiles available, but they can be quite or miss.

Watch some videos on how to level the build plate, level it at least twice as each time you level one corner it'll change the corners you've already done, then print one of the demo prints from the sd card

The wiring on these things is an OCD's nightmare though. It never looks neat.

The ender should have come with a cd with software on it. Probably an older version of cura slicer, although it will already have the ender settings configured. If you use something else, you'll have to input the ender settings like build plate size etc, so go with the version that comes on the cd and whatever defaults it has after choosing your printer out of the list to get printing something quickly, then when you get a bit more used to it and have watched a few YouTube videos on how to set up different slicers find one that you like and use that.

Pretty sure all of the Ender models are supported on Cura, certainly the Ender 5 is, should be just a case of downloading the latest version, select your printer and slice

Looks like the wiring is slightly more refined on yours. Some of the wires aren't long enough on this one to tidy them up like that.

Another question. Do you need to do anything with the files to tweak them before printing? Noticed last night that there was a bit of drooping on that piece due to unsupported parts, during print.

Not if you don't want different geometry. If they are designed with printing in mind most things are handled in the slicer software.
Functional parts do require more tinkering with than art or ornamental ones

You have an option in Cura to add ‘supports’ to models which is like a breakaway scaffolding. Some models with impossible overhangs or undercuts need it. You’ll quickly spot them once you’ve come back to a pile of spaghetti a few times
