Warping and layer separation. I tried going up to 245C with no improvement. The last one that I printed in black was more than acceptable, yet the green one which is the same eSUN branded ABS, is just horrible.Is that layer separation? Try more heat at the nozzle?
Way too cold that ABS print.
That was 245C nozzle and 110C bed. eSUN say 220-260C for the heat range. What do you suggest?
The Bowden tube was replaced just a few days ago and everything all cleaned out.Did you try a temperature tower? Helped me a lot when I started using PETG. Ideally you should do one each time you try a different filament as they can vary a lot between manufacturers.
Might be worth pulling out the Bowden tube and checking the heat hasn't distorted it? I see you have the blue stuff which is better at high temperatures but even so ...
