Having a few issues with ABS printing. Two different prints both show faults and delaminate easily. The first print looks like it has a reasonable top surface apart from the scar. However the switch holder cracks easily. This was printed at 240/100 and 50mS.
second print was slowed down to 30mS, 245 and 110. Now the top skin is rougher and the lamination issue is still present.
both were done in the enclosure with a nice little fug up. Typical really, customer is nagging to get his car back!
Is your filament dry, that print looks similar to how mine went with some old ABS filament I had?
Oh go on then.... send me the boobies
The left hand spacer hasn't laid its first layer even. I have given up for now and will try again a bit later.Ive had that wierd texture on the bottom layer of pla prints, i just let it print and the top layers hide it.

Have a look for a temperature tower on thingiverse. There should be one for the Ender 3 helped me a lot when starting with PETG...I have another ABS print going. 245 and 110. Surface is rough again, so I 'tuned' it down to 240 and it looks a bit cleaner. Only four more hours to see if it is any good this time!
