I think I'll be putting a multi vain turbo in mines larger intercooler and then have it remapped. Apparently you can get about 250bhp out of them. See what the dyno comes back with.

Have the TurboTechnics VVT fitted to my Td5 Discovery along with a nice big Intercooler, remap, DPF and center box removed and it honks along quite nicely.

It did have a MAP clamp to stop the ECU having a wobbly when hitting max boost but recently done a 3bar MAP sensor conversion along with a revised map but don't think it's 250bhp tho

Another option it to go for the Forge Motorsport Turbo actuator for the Td5, heard some good things about them and won't hit your wallet as hard as the VVT
