I think she's found a rich boyfriend & they are now traveling the world in her Scania articulated 50 ton camper van. We won't like it 'cos we are all jealous.
Not really, I prefer women.

You know what I meant so do I!Not really, I prefer women.
Fortunately your guesss are wrong. I've agreed a price for someone to paint it and finish assemble it for me. The only thing with it is, because he's taking it to Manchester. I saw no point in the panels being brought back down. They'd only get damaged. I also thought well, the interior is coming from this same guy. How long does it take to bolt in some seats...
I know for some it's not good but my concern with it is. If I assemble it and damage something I'd cry. Not only that, I don't have enough trust in painters I don't know to do a whole car. I've seen the guys cars and they're incredible! Literally breathtaking, I know it's in good hands.
youve sold it and bought yourself an Austin allegro project....
When he takes it, he said it'd be about 6-8weeks.Any idea of timescale? Can't wait to see it!
I could but it's a lot of the parts need to go in a van. Can't you 'part load' it on one of your big transports?

I'll pick it up and hopefully drive it home with no issues (I hope), I'm a bit anxious about a maiden voyage that's 4h long. I've asked him to do a full check over though just to make sure it's all okay.
This month he said, I do hope it's the end of the month though.Even if you don't, I have confidence that your rebuilt vehicle (after your thousands of hours of careful work) will have no big issues on its maiden voyage. So stop worrying. Ok, it's a LR and in that doesn't mean it'll be reliable compared to other marques, but I'm sure you're work'll be fine.
Any idea yet on when he'll take it?
Nothing I'm afraid.Any progress?
It's not all bad. I should get sent pics of it in progress. Least I don't have to have anything to do with paint. I hate it!Oh grief, misery! What with poor Langy laid up in bed and KimB's Landrover in the finishing shop, there's only the Bedford TK and W.olly's boat to look forward to. And there's nowt on the goggle box!!
(not strictly true of course, there's some other great projects too)
